Our story
Built in Oak Creek by a father and son who still work in the field.
Four Seasons Lawn Care began in 2018 when Ryan Wise and Nick Wise set out to bring a higher standard of lawn care to the neighborhood they call home. Inspired by the presentation and attention to detail they saw at Oak Creek Golf Club, they created a mission of bringing that same pride and consistency to residential lawns.
What started in Oak Creek has grown into service across Bowie and surrounding communities. The purpose remains the same: serve our neighbors, improve curb appeal and care for the lawn that shapes a home’s first impression.
Ryan and Nick still work in the field and touch turf every day. That hands on involvement keeps the company attentive, intentional and accountable to every homeowner it serves.

What happens during the free evaluation?
We confirm lawn size, inspect turf, weeds, soil concerns and irrigation, then recommend a plan with clear pricing.
How often will my lawn be treated?
Complete Care includes six seasonal treatments. Pro and Elite add services at the proper seasonal times. Weather and lawn conditions can affect exact dates.
Does Lawn Max Pro include aeration and overseeding?
Yes. Pro and Elite include both once per season.
How does the monthly program work?
We divide the full annual program into 12 equal payments. You receive one predictable rate while treatments are completed at the right seasonal times.
Can I cancel the program?
Yes. Plans have a three month minimum, renew automatically and may be canceled with at least 30 days notice before your next service.
What happens if weather delays service?
We reschedule for the next suitable weather window and notify you. Pro and Elite customers receive priority scheduling.
When should fall service begin?
Contact us in late summer. Maryland aeration and overseeding typically begin from late summer into early fall.
Are treatments safe around children and pets?
We follow all product labels. Keep children and pets off treated areas during application and until dry, unless we provide different instructions.
How long does it take to see results?
Some changes appear within days or weeks. Fall seed often germinates in 7 to 14 days and begins filling in during weeks 3 to 5. Improvement continues into spring.
Do I need an irrigation system?
Yes. A functioning irrigation system is required for annual program enrollment and overseeding. Consistent watering is essential for germination, nutrient movement, recovery and dependable results.
